Please send 2 -5 photos (for the artist to chose from) along with this form. After he
will pick the one he believes will look the best in a Nouveau-Fresco portrait. And then you will be notified which one he thinks will work best before he proceeds with the portrait. The 50% deposit is due at the time the photos are sent. But no charge will be made or check cashed till the photo has been agreed on. So please number the photos. All photos will
be returned when the portrait is finished.
Photos should be good clear photographs. The Larger the better. If you send professional studio photos please be sure you have the photographers permission.
